One Building. One Partner.

I am the Director of Operations for a 182-bed acute psychiatric facility in Michigan. P1 has been our preferred vendor for low-voltage needs and applications since 2017. I say with utmost confidence they are an extremely professional group. The owner tries very hard to make operations a one-stop shop for the client, and his crewmen are equally as professional and accommodating. Due to the nature of our services, emergency service calls are par for the course. P1 is always incredibly responsive and triages their schedule to meet their clients’ needs. They are there for us in easy, steady times and there for us at the worst times. They are excellent at ensuring that our operations are brought back to baseline as soon as possible in emergencies. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone.

Our company has partnered with P1-Tech for many years for the majority of our facilities infrastructure and security needs. We recently completed construction of our new headquarters in Novi, Michigan, and P1 was an integral part of the buildout. Their company was able to facilitate and install our security cameras, card access system, all of the building’s low-voltage wiring, room-scheduling panels, white noise system, and the majority of our other audiovisual and video conferencing needs. Each member of their technical team contributed to helping us find the correct solutions to challenging problems, bringing additional value to our partnership.

I never have a doubt that P1 will provide top-notch service. The staff is very professional and dependable, completing the requested work on time. Thank you for always doing such a great job, P1.

P1 Technical Services is like our own in-house technology department. They understand the needs and budgetary constraints of our business. P1 Technical Services provides excellent IT service and is always accessible regardless of the situation. We have been a happy client of P1 Communications for more than 10 years and plan on staying with them for a very long time.
